As specialists in our field, we want you to enjoy our luxurious jewellery and watches, creating moments you’ll cherish forever. However, we do appreciate that from time to time, you might need to exchange or refund something you’ve purchased from us online. 

Our Online Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was processed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned with the original receipt and/ or proof of purchase to our Newry showroom. 

NON-RETURNABLE GOODS

Earrings – We’re unable to offer a refund or exchange on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. 

Personalised/ Made to Order – Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised or specially made to order e.g. finger size altered, engraved, etc.

Gift Vouchers – We are unable to offer a refund on Gift Vouchers.  Gift Vouchers last for 1 year* from the date of issue.

Once we receive your return in our Newry showroom, it will be inspected and you will be notified by email if it has been accepted or not. If your return is approved by our in-house ecommerce team, your refund will be processed and the original payment method credited within several days. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?

 Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping fees for returning any unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your items are faulty. All returns must be received in our showroom within the 30 days timeframe allowed and in the original packaging with receipt. If you received a free gift with your order, this must also be returned to be entitled to a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
